On March 31st we have kicked off a new PCO Project for recruiting and retaining PCOs.
There are 10 people involved in the project and we are each being tasked with recruiting 10 new PCOs. So, our goal is to recruit 100 PCOs in 100 days. If anyone from this project contacts you about helping out, please give them a hand. We have set a high goal for ourselves, but fully intend to meet it. If you have ideas you think might help us, or better yet if you know of someone who would be a great PCO and lives in a district that is not currently staffed by a PCO please let us know. We can also help you identify if a precinct is open or not if you know of someone who might be interested but don't know if their precinct position is filled or open. At are half way mark, approximately 45-50 days into the project, we are planning on having a welcoming party for the new recruits. There will be more on this later, but if nothing else, come and help us celebrate those who are new to our organization and make them feel welcomed. |
