Today was amazing! We saw so many great speakers from NY Gov. Paterson to Montana Gov. Schweitzer to Rep. Dennis Kucinich; the groundwork was laid for Hillary to come out (introduced by Chelsea) and bring people to their feet with an energy and excitement for unity that I have never felt. It was hands down the best speech I have ever heard her give....closing with a great comment about the McCain/Bush twins both being in the Twin Cities soon..... Gov. Paterson had the quote of the night with "If McCain is the answer, then the question MUST be ridiculous!" Gov. Schweitzer did a great job framing the energy crisis as a mainstream blue collar issue, and energizing Americans to stand up to the "Peto-dictators", wow he is cool! Our very own Senator Cantwell also spoke......She is awesome! The feeling from folks at the Microsoft sponsored after-party was one of unity and excitement for the next President Barack Obama. Hillary really outdid herself. Four more months!!!!!
