Find out what people really think of the new Washington State Top-Two Primary at the upcoming Sandra Romero forum, Time to Vote, from 5 to 6 pm on August 12 in the front lounge of the Olympic Crest Coffee Roasters, 4211 Pacific Avenue in Lacey.
