Fred Finn recently won the Democratic nomination for the 35th LD for State Representative on May 10th in Belfair by a greater than two to one margin over his opponent. Fred's activism in the Democratic Party over the years, his vast experience on the important issues of the day:Education, Living Wage Jobs, Environment and Health Care, coupled with his community activism in all those areas made Fred the clear choice of Democrats.

Fred has been endorsed by all legislators in the 23rd LD, 26thLD and Rep. Kathy Haigh and Rep. Bill Eickmeyer in the 35thLD. All the mayors within the 35th LD from Bremerton, Shelton and Olympia have also endorsed Fred. He is the man to get the job done.

In Port Orchard's beautiful McCormick Woods, join Kitsap County Commissioner, Josh Brown as MC at Jim & Joyce Maddock's beautiful home for an old fashioned Chicago-style Sunday picnic. A block party with plenty of food, politicians, and fun.

Campaign for Sandra Romero

What do ordinary people think about the functionality of the new primary system? Do they think it provides an adequate sounding board for their political voice?  Find out what people really think of the new Washington State Top-Two Primary at the upcoming Sandra Romero forum, Time to Vote, from 5 to 6 pm on August 12 in the front lounge of the Olympic Crest Coffee Roasters, 4211 Pacific Avenue in Lacey. This forum will deal with questions voters have about the new primary system, what people see on their ballots, and how it will affect the commissioner's race in both the primary and general elections.

For more information, contact Sandra Romero at 357-8131.
