Then send an email to leecomdesign@comcast.net and include the size ad you've chosen, along with the text and photos for your ad. Please include contact information in your message. A PDF proof will be sent to your contact person for approval prior to publishing.

Newsletter Ad Rates and Guidelines:
- Tabloid editions only: $15 per column inch
- 15% discount for single-image advertisements contracted for three (3) consecutive editions.
Classified Ad Rates and Guidelines:
- $15 minimum cost (includes 33 words or less; 45 cents per word for longer text ads (greater than 33 words);
- Classified category heads will NOT be used. Ads will be listed alphabetically by first word(s) introduction (one or two words), which will be all capitalized letters. Advertiser must include first word(s) subject ending with a colon;
- Classified ads may be any subject, including letters of thanks. We will not accept ads that pursue personal relations;
- Classified ads must be submitted to TCD newsletter editor (leecomdesign@comcast.net) no later than the 10th of December, March, June, or September; April 29th will be the cutoff for our next newsletter;
- TCD reserves the right to refuse any ads it deems inappropriate.
Advertisement Guidelines
- Merchandise or services must be legal under current State and Federal law;
- Advertisements will be subject to review by the Editor to verify that the information reflects Democrat values encompassed in the Thurston County and State Platforms;
- The TCD Executive Committee reserves the right to accept or refuse any advertisement.
- Candidates who are approved for Campaign Services will be allowed informational space including a photo and 250 words in the Campaign Edition of the newsletter. Additional space can be purchased in the form of advertisements at the standard ad rate;
- All advertisements must be paid for by the 10th day of the preceding month in which the advertisement will run.
Ad Deadlines - Ads are due by the 10th of December, March, June and September.
Advertisers will be invoiced at the beginning of the month for which the ad appears in the newsletter. We accept cash, checks and credit cards via our PayPal link below:
